BLOCK PARTY

We will be having a block party on June 7th time to be announced later. There will be a DJ on hand and Patricia Ann will be closed to through traffic so that the kids can play in the street safely. We are looking into selling food and drinks.

Meet and Greet

We had a great time with the Meet & Greet on Friday. It was nice to meet those that can't come to the meetings and to also meet some new neighbors that haven't been in the neighborhood very long.
Great communication with what everyone would like to see happening.

THIS WOULD BE AN ESPECIALLY GOOD TIME TO MEET EVERYONE IF YOU WORK DURING THE WEEK AND CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE REGULAR MEETINGS.

Meeting Change

Due to scheduling conflicts the meeting for April has been changed to April 24th at 7:00 at Hunter Acres Baptist Church.

Meeting

We will be having a meeting on April 17th at the Hunter Acres Baptist Church. We will have an attorney on hand to answer any questions.
We will be having a neighborhood yard sale on April 26th if you would be interested in participating the cost is $10.00 per house and this will cover your permit. If you are caught having a yard sale without the proper permit you can be fined $100.00 and held in jail for up to 30 days. If you are interested in participating in the yard sale please bring your money with you to the meeting or e-mail us and someone can come by and pick up the money for you. For a neighborhood yard sale we must have a list faxed over to the permit office by the Wed. the 23rd in order to give them time to have the permits ready for pick up.

Reminders

Please remember when parking on the road you must park going with traffic.
Reminder we do have a pet ordinance and animals are not to be housed outside.
Please remind your kids if they play in the road to make sure show consideration for drivers as they are passing.
If you would be interested in working with a group of your neighbors on the front common area please send and e-mail. Now is the time to start planning on what we would like to plant. So if you have a green thumb let us know and we will be setting up a meeting in the next month or so to get started with this.
